The company really cares about the employees. There has been some management change due to being bought by another company and that always brings some issues about as they try to align with the new company. The new GM is very passionate about the work and the company, Arie is wonderful. Some people are more negative because some of the benefits have been reduced, like the years of service program. We still have a program and even though what they did before was awesome, it was really over the top and very expensive. They now have a program where they bring in workers from Mexico but it was t help us to have work life balance and help us with the work. The company was very vocal about its dedication to us local employees and making sure that we always had a job.

Communication needs improving but I have seen it improve since I have been here.

Everything unfortunately everything they do not value employees. They target people they don't like they constantly try to do illegal things like messing with pay
