Good dental insurance for a decent price (but it comes out of your paycheck). One week of partial vacation time. Other than that no pros.

They do not offer any benefits such as health insurance or sick days. The office part of the business is extremely shoddy and the building is falling apart. No one cleans up the place and it is always plagued with ants and various other insects. It leaks heavily when it rains. A lot of the office equipment is extremely out of date and very slow. Management is very quick to blame problems on employees and it's very obvious who are the favorites of the company. I found the environment very toxic. Management and a couple of their favorite employees would gossip and talk behind other departments/people within hearing range. There was also a lack of communication from the management. Despite being a small company, there were a lot of assumptions/unrealistic demands made by management even though I would try my best to keep things clear. Another huge con is the lack of timely reviews or even a review. Requested to meet many times for a review but was ignored. My current job responsibilities greatly increased but they refused to acknowledge it. I would highly advise against working here. Seeing how they treat they employees, I don't see a great outlook for this company. Save yourself the trouble and work somewhere else.
