The company is shutting down

1. Structure of company is basically flat. There is management level plus admin and accounting, of course, and then there is the level for the senior PM's and SW engineers. That's all. Since the HR and leadership is transparent, it makes it basically flat. We have discussions at meetings about changes in company direction, pay, etc. 2. Respect rings true at the Bad Rabbit. Management and the hiring team of peers look for experienced engineers, and then treat employees with respect. I am trusted with managing and completing my work successfully. Everyone at the same level gets paid the same rate, or salary. That's a true sign of respect. 3. Leadership handles issues with fairness. If I did something incorrectly, I get corrected the first time, gently and fairly. 4. As a SW engineer with a medical research background, I know my work is helping others in the medical research world. 5. The team at Bad Rabbit makes the work great. If you have questions, just ask, and someone will help. 6. Working at home is great. Our online communication about work and culture at BR helps connect team members. Also there is a meeting place that team members can drop by during the week to work with others.

1. Bad Rabbit has a lot of work for engineers. When I first got started last fall, I ended up working long hours to get things done. But I discussed with management and now I focus on one client.
