Vantaggi
The flexibility is great - work from anywhere; choose your own hours. The principals have done a great job setting the values and culture of the company. I've never worked at a company so open about every aspect of operations. Feedback is encouraged and everyone is invited to participate in non-development business activities and decision making. The co-workers are smart, professional, helpful, well-rounded people. You won't find morale-killing dead weight at Bad Rabbit. I've worked with very smart people at other companies before, but at Bad Rabbit every person is exceptional. And there are no egos. Some companies talk about work-life balance, but at Bad Rabbit it is real. There are no crazy deadlines, no pressures to work long hours, no one watching when you come in/leave from work. Oh, and the name - how can you beat: "I work for Bad Rabbit"?
Svantaggi
Most of the day-to-day work is spent with a proprietary technology that does not incorporate modern tooling. If you are not used to consulting you may find the constant tracking of clients and hours to be tedious. The remuneration is pretty good for many markets, but in major tech hubs like Boston, NYC, San Francisco, etc, the people who get offers from Bad Rabbit can earn more at other companies
