Great company to deal with, Good Pay, Good Work

Management leaves a lot to be desired, they're a construction company hiring salesmen as managers.

Badger has all the benefits everyone looks for. Insurance, pto, holidays and salary. Here in Raleigh, NC our salary pay is the same pay as a Forman running a power line crew. Our management team goes above and beyond for their operators. If we need anything, PPE, time off for last minute situations, they are the most understanding and willing to trust your word and give you what you need. Never have I ever, worked for a company that cares as much as they do. Safety is also a top notch. If we have issues with anything safety wise out in the field, all we have to do is call management and they handle it for us. They never put us in danger or ask us to do something that would get us hurt. Badger is my forever home. I can't speak for any other states where badger resides but here in Raleigh, we run sh*t !!

I do wish there was more opportunities to move up or get certifications for other work Badger is involved with.
