I was contracted to develop a project ok. But somehow the client discoverd they were paying 1/3 of what they were paying for the employees. This happens because Latin Americans earn less than an American company, so they try to get from the Client company (a US client for example) U$ 90 per hour, but they pay about U$ 30 for the BairesDev Employee The Client quit the contract, and imagine what they have done to the employees? They just fired the employees Isn't this a bad thing in your opinion??? If you want to be contracted by this company as a full employee, be aware that you can be fired in ANY MOMENT Other things, they got money from the client to pay the holidays for the Bairesdev employees, but in reality they just be with the money! They say the client want you to work 9 hours, DO YOU BELIEVE THAT? So I believed, but the client didn't want, so they kinda force you to work 9hours. Nowhere in the world forces you to work 9 hours, this is unbeliavible. Deal with them as a freelance agency.
