Top management is very soft & polite & not able to implement the policies on bottom line. Bottom line & front line is indiscipline and not following the ethics & values of the company. MLM concept promoted by the company has spoiled the image of company due to wrong sales pitch and unprofessional sales done by MLM members specially in remote areas.
