No training whatsoever, yet you’re expected to be familiar with everything right out of the gate (this lack of communication does not apply to all attorneys here, but one in particular). Some attorneys can be unapproachable and irritating, and some are just flat out rude. You aren’t introduced around on your first day so you don’t even know who your co-workers are (even at an unpaid internship, you are introduced to people). No efforts made to make new employees feel welcome. Overall just poor communication and low morale (at least for new hires).
