- big firm, can be hard to get to know everyone - long hours and bonus is based on utilization and billable. When I left the firm was lowering the expectation for everyone firm wide - can be big learning curve if you come from smaller firm - difficult clients, great chance to learn and grow skills if you like a challenge - high stress - senior is tough, staff aren’t assigned to you by job only by week so you can be left high and dry if your client is late - firm is utilizing more overseas which can be hard with time difference when you’re managing them and reviewing their work - a lot of travel the lower you are in the firm, they can be flexible with you but highly encouraged to visit clients your assigned - heavy travel like any firm for inventory observations Oct - Jan
