Unwillingness to change, tout "Safety First" but it is not, recommendations to improve systems in place are met with substantial resistance even when faced with potential violations to OSHA guidelines. They do not value their employees and the technicians are seen as expendable. When objections are brought up the peoples ideas for improvement are dismissed. Vacation time is deplorable and well below industry standard. Company rules by fear. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE Imposed Security Protocols make the information flow like thick sludge throughout the company.
