Accessible upper management, great dress code (workout wear or whatever) and fun corporate culture. Good attitudes among fellow employees. Nice looking office. Environmentally conscious. The CEO genuinely wants to do a good job and balance employee happiness with productivity and business needs. A lot of employees have been here for five, ten or twenty years. Great workplace diversity. Break room with vending machines. Ping pong table. It's fun to work here.

Some attitudes are old fashioned. Upper management can be stuck in their ways. As with many companies, some employees phone it in, most are average and a few are real stars. Would be good to see opportunities for advancement in all departments.
