Thank you for your input, we’re always willing to learn, especially from the feedback we receive. Although you were part of a team outside Baldwin, we considered you as a Baldwinner. :)

Being away from home is often inconvenient, but Baldwin is a company worth walking the extra mile for.
On day one I already felt at home at the Baldwin office. The incredible detailed starting plan helped me through the first weeks at the office by introducing me to the different tools we use, the company values, the company vision, the running projects, the learnings from past projects, meeting all employees,...
There is room for trainings if they are relevant to our daily tasks.
We work in an international environment as we have colleagues in different office locations and countries.
There is free lunch every day. Drinks, fruit and snacks are free.
32 vacation days.
Easily accessible with public transport.
Flexible hours and a good work/live balance.
