I have a great manager and is given the freedom to do my job without micromanagement. There is a lot of variety and challenges with my day to day work so it does not become boring. My co-workers and team mates are smart and hardworking and want to do the best job possible.

There is no direction from upper management. There seems to be lots of discord with upper management so decisions are not made. Most projects start as emergencies that become a lower priority when another project becomes the emergencies. It can be difficult to complete projects with the constantly changing priorities. There are limited resources to help with projects. No raises for 2015, even though the people doing the work had no impact on whether the financial goals were met. For the people below management their work is the same regardless if financial goals are met, but are still not getting the recognition. I think this will lead to decreased employee morale and more people leaving.
