The mentality is very start-up, so you must like uncertainty and a strategic direction that changes quite often. Doesn’t have to be a con if you’re OK with that type of environment, but the priorities change very often and sometimes faster than they are communicated. We have clear strategic focus areas - but within those, the execution priorities shift quite often, dependent on client requests, management input, churn notices, prospect demands, competitors, market signals etc.
