Fun Company - Recensione dipendente - Relationship Manager presso BancCard

BancCard has continued to exceed my expectations of an employer for years now. They not only care about the business and professional aspects, but they sincerely care about each employee and their individual needs. The positive morale throughout the company both encourages productivity and helps ensure employee satisfaction.

BancCard would not be a suitable workplace for anyone lacking self motivation or the desire to succeed.

The pay was fair, but not worth the pain of the day to day nonsense.

Racist, sexist, antisemitic, poor management, huge HR issue, no HR to speak of, like working with high school fraternity boys, everyone is required to adopt a nickname base on the employee's shortfalls, they use every opportunity to put you down and make you feel awful about yourself, no female sales reps, no African-Americans, Hispanic, Asian or Jewish employed, bad business practices, rip off merchants, too much driving...cost of gas and auto maintenance eats up the salary paid, horrible health insurance and offer no dental, pay only 1x per month, awful training. A real disgrace! STAY AWAY!! This company really needs to be investigated. Upper management seem to hire their relatives.
