Salary is very low compared to other banks in Miami, Very low yearly bonus, Too much work, Management is very weak, One lady Manager is very rude at this Bank, Lack of training, No feed back from supervisor, They do not care about their employees.

The internship provided a strong introduction to financial analysis and project work. The team was always willing to answer questions, and I gained hands-on exposure to real business processes. The work environment was collaborative, and managers gave helpful guidance throughout my time there.

Some workflows could be more structured, and onboarding materials were occasionally unclear. At times, communication between teams was slow, which made certain tasks harder to complete efficiently. Workload also varied week to week, making planning challenging.
