7yMid year 2019 Bancsource is creating a Field Service Coordination Team to better manage technician availability and time making it more convenient for our technicians and our customers! We have implemented an anonymous suggestion email box where we listen to suggestions from our employees so we can address all concerns. There is a monthly publication with responses to each question/suggestion from our CEO that goes out to all employees with answers to address concerns along with any changes being made. It has resulted in making several improvements in processes and while it is not perfect yet, we welcome the suggestions and open communication so we can make it better for everyone!
