Awesome product, lots of room for growth, some great people.

Occasional management indirection, some development teams perform quite poorly.

My favorite things: 1. Designing music software is a sweet gig 2. Friendly, competent coworkers 3. Chill management 4. The company isn't over-obsessed with marketing like other companies I've worked for, 5. Good flexibility to do my work when it's most convenient for me

Some people may see the international team as a con because it can be hard to schedule meetings with people in totally different time zones. Not a big deal to me.
