Very poorly run company - Recensione dipendente - Assistant Brand Manager presso Bandai

Company is poorly managed with very inexperienced executives who do not understand anything about business. Most are from the Japan headquarters and lack experience. Some appear to be unethical. The company continues to do poorly and cannot pull itself out of a death spiral. They treat employees poorly and management does not even communicate with its employees. I have worked in the marketing and product departments and there is no direction and most employees are very discouraged. There are no growth opportunities unless you are Japanese and even then you have to be a favorite of the CEO. There is a lot of unfair treatment to non Japanese employees and HR people do not seem to listen.
