The work is interesting and fast paced and the company is profitable and growing. Benefits are awesome. You can work with people and managers you really like and have fun too. The CEO is the most stand-up and smart guy you will ever meet. He is well respected and sincerely liked by the people I know at work. Just look at their customer list, their revenue growth and their Best Places to Work status - they are legit.

You have to want to be in an entrepreneurial environment. This is both exciting and disruptive and you have to like that kind of work place and you have to want to be a part of something that is innovating and growing fast and sometimes chaotic. Not a place for you if you want a 9-5 job with lots of structure and no surprises.
