If you are right out of college there are a lot of people your age.

Low pay. Managers are promoted based on popularity and not given any training. The upper management is a good ol boy network. I've seen several great mid-level and high level management forced out because they can't break in with the tight cool management team club. The HR people are awful and controlled by a two faced lady who tries to control everything. Did I mention again the low pay? They try to brainwash you how great they are, but if you're smart you'll avoid this place.
