Sales management is full of themselves and they spent a lot of time basically berating employees with fear tactics and bullying. 80% of the account management team left the company over a 4-6 month period due to these “management” tactics. If you aren’t a “Yes Man/Woman”, you get put on a plan whether you are performing or not. They prey on people taking this job as a stepping stone job out of school and some people don’t know any better.
