Rare cases of limited freedom in creativity

Working at Bang Design has been a genuinely positive experience. The work culture is collaborative, respectful, and creatively fulfilling. There’s a strong sense of balance, boundaries are respected, and burnout isn’t the norm. I’ve had the chance to explore different aspects of design and marketing, which has helped me grow a lot professionally. The space itself is great to work in, and yes, the yummy food is an added bonus.

Things can get busy with new projects, but it’s manageable and never toxic.
