All employees knew the strategy, status of projects, financial outcome each quarter, up coming global initiatives (initiated by GE) and finally the management: their vision, values, perceptions, some details about private life Multi channel learning and development strategy - huge investment into technical and soft skills of employees from all levels Huge emphasis on values, ethics and compliance while running business Possibility to grow, take new roles in new fields, progress in the career, run projects, charity actions etc...

A bit over regulated when it comes to compliance procedures, policies and number of staff tackling compliance agenda Managerial staff rather protecting status quo than generating new business possibilities when it comes to product, market share etc.. Managerial staff quite skilled in finding excuses reg. business outcomes (economy, new regulations, interest rates) less willing to create ideas and put them in place in order to generate more money
