They keep changing the rules and regulation.They keep working in innovation but they don't have a clear strategy and timeframe. The strategy is implemented but if it does not work they rapidly change the direction. Very conservative and high degree of bureaucracy. The communication flow is more top to down. The political interest is considered high. Working life balanced is depending on the job desk. the managers sometime does not acquire leadership skill. The appreciation is given and measured by number. High turn over in consumer banking.
