-Bad management from mid management; -Work is not valued; -Shoe licking is a must to survive; -CP PET team is known only for the above; -IDE team is not actual development but just file creation and copy paste of logics from previous projects. Framework and product development is done by Bangalore Development team only; -CONFIG team is a data entry team; -TI team is just to get work done by other teams; -Work life balance is never there; -There is not even a good dining place to sit and eat; -Overall anyone joining these teams beware. Don't get your career spoilt here.
