BANKORION is a great company that is a big “family”. They want what is best for the employees which in turn makes for a better work environment.

Some of the changes are slow coming. The interview to hire process takes quite a bit of time.

Pay starting out is decent. Benefits are fantastic! Mostly busy work. The customers you serve become like family! Hours are decent.

Don't expect more than a .10 raise each year. You keep getting more responsibilities without extra pay. So much drama. Branch managers are almost all terrible.
