Some great coworkers but salaries are not particularly competitive. This is due to the ESOP program, which should make up for the difference but the stock has been below market many times due to write offs.

Organizational management, lack of CRM. No supervisor/manager reviews from direct reports. Can lead to nepotism. Little archaic for 10th oldest banking institution.
