Vantaggi
It might be a good job in two years once some serious changes are made.
Svantaggi
1. You will start working in branch with a severe lack of training. 2. The most unrealistic sales targets you will ever encounter in any job. 3. People will steal achievements. 4. You will spend hours of the working day on the phone to internal departments doing things that really you should be able to do in branch. Sometimes those departments won’t even help or don’t even know what’s going on. 5. Absolutely pointless cold calling. Branch managers will give you call lists but what happens is the same people keep getting called over and over. 6. You will work Monday to Friday but you won’t be on a full time contract. 7. New branches are trying to be like shops so you’ll listen to the same 20 songs over and over and when you call people you won’t be able to hear. 8. You’ll be rostered to start at 9:15 and finish at 4:15. Make sure you get there 8:45 because the pointless morning meetings start at 9 and you can’t miss it. You will leave 4:45-5 every night and you will not get paid any extra. 9. If you absolutely destroy targets one week but then next week “only” make targets you will be criticised. 10 The internal system is from the 1980s and they won’t be getting a new one. 11. You’ll turn up to work 30 minutes early sign in and the moment you start the morning meeting you’ll get sent to another branch 12. Most branch managers have this insane thing where they’ve banned chairs so you can’t sit anymore. 13. After 3 months you will work at least 2 days a week at another branch so you’ll never achieve targets. 14. There are insane compliance rules and when you getting audited you will fail. Don’t let it get to you. 15. At least one of the 4 types of machines for customers to use will break every single day and you’ll be on the phone fixing it for at least 30 minutes. I could go on and on and on
