Big investments in training, flexible work arrangements, genuine chance to WOW customers, some great products, excellent support network behind the scenes, generous uniform package.

System processes are complicated and time consuming, unrealistic targets for customer base, pressure selling, telemarketing (proactive calls), company needs to be analytical - we're losing customers to credit unions as they are more empathetic. Tellers are given too many tasks to pressure customers with, not all customers appreciate the wait time.
