Poor management - Recensione dipendente - Operator presso Banner Utility Services

Very poor management and VERY low moral. No bonuses or any incentives for employees to move up. No raises, even after 1-2 years of employment and more responsibilities. You’re not allowed to take a lunch break and you’ll work 10-12 hours most days. Management will hold you responsible for things completely out of your control. Management is unclear in what they expect from their workers and will contradict themselves. Sketchy policies that are constantly changing often without notice and to only benefit the higher ups in the company and not the employees. There is a lot of favoritism.
