No actual effective communication between security and Bannerman, they cancel shifts and recurring shift at the last minute with little or no communication, don't get sick! they will cancel your recurring shift workout notice, the quality of officers varies from shift-to-shift, can't actually get anyone that can resolve an issue on the phone you have to email and wait for a response which maybe days later, the app on your phone crashes frequently, they don't compensate for overtime sometimes they do not compensate you for a shift you worked if there is a glitch in the app, management is ridiculous it's pretty much non-existent and when there is an issue you are on your own do not expect backup!
