Highly NOT Recommended - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Banyan Tree

Don't expect any career advancement unless you have sugar coated lips and can brown nose your way to the top. No structure in place and manpower is super lean (and yes they are a 25 year old company). The level of inefficiency is quite unbelievable, the very top management (yes the family) will always be the one who makes the decision but they like to pretend that they are 'open-minded' leaders and let the employees to have a say about something. With this company culture, you can imagine how the rest of the managements work, most of them are not qualified, they get promoted because they stay in the company long enough and 'manage' their relationship with this family very well. Worst of all, they like to ask your opinions because they don't have a better idea to do their work.
