Overall a weak agency. One or two big client accounts dominate and push the agency around. Be prepared to feel hectic all the time and left under-supported by management. Definitely a clique-based agency where there's a few immature, unprofessional creatives who seem to consider themselves to be the "cool kids", and therefore everyone else is dirt on their shoe and only there to do their bidding. Creative ideation is not that great compared to other more sophisticated and mature agencies.
