Terrible, as a former employee from over a year ago its sad to see how much more this place has spiralled - and can confirm its exactly the way I and im sure everyone else saw happening, nice, you just deflected accountability and a chance to turn things around… this was destined for the graveyard from the beginning, selling a virtual product that didn’t really exist was always going to burn out after its boom. The manipulation of the numbers and the “we are owners” approach; while its grooming employees its also just trying to convince employees to gaslight people into joining your cult. I see a comment that states a photo was requested from employees to confirm their presence on the field - I have a pretty good idea on who this may have come from too, but its funny as colleague’s and I would talk and joke about this in a “imagine if” kinda way back in the day, its sad to see how predictable some people are. Im amazed that the platform still exists given the large number of lay offs last year and the high turnover in the preceding years, not only with staff but clients. Much like most of us here I left this place out of pure hatred and frustration toward the higher ups and lack of support, and probably also much like many of us here who saw where the problems were, and probably had genuine interest in helping turn things around until the honeymoon period wears off then we loose interest, because the problems that are causing the company to go bankrupt and what form a toxic environment are right there in front of you somebody just needs to shake the rug and action some change - however this is now probably too far gone given the impressions from recent reviews that this has just gotten a whole lot more toxic since my time.
