The pay is quite good for the position. Very easy office work. Answer phones, emails, and texts. Greet clients, book reservations, smile. You get an employee discount on all services. Employees can bring their dogs to work. Great office hours and major holidays off for the FOH team. Little to no stress! The customers are great and we all love and want what’s best for the dogs.

Benefits could be improved. They are limited because it is a small business. They prefer to hire externally instead of promoting from within. You’re not really able to move up from your position. Raises are hard to come by, even when you’re a great worker. They will tell you one thing, but your paycheck says another.
