Human Resources lies during the interview, onboarding, and while you work there. If they are not lying, they are ignoring you. You can't always blame them because it is partly due to their incompetence. Zero mentorship or growth opportunities. Highly political.

Very low pay and no bonuses (despite what they tell you) The worst management I have ever experienced The worst overall strategy I have ever experienced at a company. They are losing to competitors on almost every single front. Old technology, High costs, and no solution in sight from the product side. Overall, dark and gloomy environment to work. Again, they lay people off almost every year without cause or warning but they keep the same people who keep creating the poor strategies.
