No cons I was happy working there

there are none. Management is a complete joke and extremely racist.

management is a joke. They hire people for management with no experience therefor they are not able to train the people they hire. So if the new hire has questions they are told to ask anybody else for help and if it s done wrong they will fire you. If you report any kind of harassment management will fire you.
