Very hot in the kitchen area. Very few employees trained to handle food safely. No opportunity for advancement.

Managment really has their act together. Steady mostly-male staff that works really well with eachother in the dining room. The hawkeye area is pretty chaotic, mostly due to costumer desires. Nice employee perks. Best restautant I've worked at.

Svantaggi

Sometimes it gets too busy for its own good, but every restaurant does that. Kitchen staff can be liquid creating some issues.
