Nice colleagues. Flexible hours. Good name in resume if you are just graduated and need a place to start your career but don't stay longer than a year or two.

They are paying way less than industry average but expecting much more, that's the reason for huge turn over of talented employees and engineers. I don't recommend Barracuda to anyone unless you are desperate and don't have any other choice, sometimes it's better than flipping burgers ;). Products used to be much better but now it seems Barracuda is loosing battle in some areas because of struggling with many issues including technical problems and sales.

Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
