There was no good, intro is good and the company has good departments but in the US rather than the EMEA SE has a lot of development that needs to be made.

There is no training provided by the team or communication among the team, they indicate that you will get training, salary rise, but is all a lie. Was in fact also taken pressure by having team meetings stating how you should improve and what help you need, but the priority in the product training is poor or none as they avoid you. EMEA Manager David Lomax is a good manager but due to the insight from the other members who have no managing experience and rathers spend more time with university than work it conflicts with other members when you need the help. Left the company due the the lack of team work, and poor conduct.
