-Great coworkers -Learn Linux and Networking If this is your first technical support job this would be a great place to get your feet wet. I have learn tremendous information from this company.

-Pay sucks, they start you off really low and they give you a career path which is almost impossible to achieve after being a tier 2. - management needs to realize who their star players are and give them raises -You will work over time without any thank yous.
