The products and technology are descent but seem to be falling behind the competition in the last couple years. We do provide good support and most customer facing employees are engaged and try to keep the customers satisfied.

Nano management. Every time I assume they have reached the pinnacle of micro management they top themselves. There is a serious lack of training and follow through on new initiatives.

Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
