Support teams are close knit and it's day to day a good environment. Hybrid policy is ok.

Svantaggi

Upper management from CA do not care. Two rounds of layoffs with no clear plan of action moving forward. Any progress takes months of back and forth, problems are not addressed. I'd make the same pay in a fast food restaurant.

Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
