Great hours and flexibility for people who have children. Lots of on-the-job training and everyone was very patient in the beginning. Insurance coverage and other benefits are adequate when compared with other government jobs in the area.

Government - Too much red tape, too much infighting with other agencies, too many budget cuts with no opportunity for advancement and no cost of living increases for years at a time. Cost of insurance went up every year while the quality of insurance coverage went down.
