Very poor communication. Leadership is not candid, open, or honest and the corporate office is very cliquey. The business is not doing well so they are continuing to lay off employees who are not in the "inner circle" with the CEO or top leadership. There is also zero work/life balance as they work you to the ground while leadership doesn't show any signs of valuing its employees.
