Work & decisions can sometimes move so fast all stakeholders aren’t enrolled, but it’s the nature of fast-growing company, and collaboration is getting better.

It's a great product, the people are genuine, kind and intelligent, and a pleasure to work with.

Common theme here, you're told to work in silos, decisions are made based on how the boss feels that day. People get fired or let go all the time without warning. For a startup to do this, it doesn't inspire a ton of loyalty. Treating employees like variable resources that can be cut on demand is troubling at a small company that's trying to grow.
