I can't even begin to list all of the cons. It is run two absolute lunatics with no credentials who have absolutely no idea what they are doing and treat all of their employees like trash. In my time there, they fired over 10 people in 6 months, called a private investigator on an employee and went out of their way to destroy future careers of good people. Alon treats his residents as if he's doing them a favor providing them housing - he is a true slumlord. All of his properties had endless issues such as major elevator failure, dangerous equipment malfunction - a couple even had heat failure for MONTHS during the holidays which he refused any of the tenants for. Many had to move out due to the cold temperatures, losing thousands of dollars. Also, I'm positive all of the good reviews on this site were written by his employees, because we were all forced to do that at some point during our employment. I could go on and on and on with examples, but just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.
