• Study the drawings and specifications prior to the project commencement. • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors. • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per the approved method of statement. • Complete daily construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and project deadlines. • Monitoring and interpreting the design and drawings supplied by the client. • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

• Responsible for Overseeing quality control and health and Safety matters on site. • Prepare daily manpower and work reports.
