The BTI staff is very fun - it's a young crowd in mid-to-late 20s. You are able to make lots of connections with government employees. Great benefits package.

There is a major divide between the government and contractors. The work is monotonous and feedback is rare. Mediocre pay compared to others doing the same work for other contractors.
