      Truly nothing. The company is not one I can recommend in good faith to anyone.

      Turnover is atrocious. The environment of distrust extends not only to employees, but franchisees as well. This has created a bitterness that undercuts all the prospective growth the company should be attaining. If you are looking for a career, keep looking. Basecamp is not the company which will provide you a long-term opportunity.

      I'm sorry that your experience here at BaseCamp was negative; clearly we have work to do. I'm committed to building a culture that fosters learning and growth for the members of our BaseCamp team, and we're making progress. Counter to your comment, I'm proud of the average tenure we're seeing, especially given a perceived change in the modern workplace where team members move around more frequently than they did two decades ago. For anyone out there reading this, I would invite you to talk to the people that work here today and see if they believe that BaseCamp is truly a 1 star company. If you ever align with the roles we have available you should absolutely give it a shot. The work is unique and rewarding and the opportunities are limitless. The new CEOs and the tech leadership we have here today are comprised of the kind of people you would be proud to associate with and I have no hesitation navigating our challenges under their direction.

      The pay may not be quite on par with the growth and expectations in the area. The benefits are also so so, but I think premiums are skyrocketing everywhere and the effort this company takes to acknowledge this and do the best they can is noted.
